The JH Shear was named for the stove’s manufacturer. It was crafted in the mid 1800’s, crafted being the choice word since this antique heating stove is a masterpiece of design work. Lavish and ornate scroll work covers the top, the body, the base and legs of the stove. The regal stove stands at two feet tall. Wood is loaded from a side door.
